The new menu items weren’t highlight, so my server pointed them out for me.  On the menu I posted below, I marked all the new additions.

If you’re new to Neon Pig and want to eat in, there is a system…grab a drink from the cooler, pick a seat, and the crew will take your order from there.  There are also a few draft beer choices and fountain drinks.

I requested an 1817 Peach Wheat draft from my server while looking over the menu.

New menu items I ordered:

🔥 PROJECT PAT-TY MELT BURGER

🔥 SPACE BALL SLIDERS

🔥 TCB BBQ FRIES

🔥 BRAISED BEEF TACO

Both the burger and sliders are made with the Meatball Grind, which is juicy and perfectly grilled. This grind is seasoned with Italian spices, adding a delightful flavor profile even before any toppings are added.

The project Pat-Ty Melt burger has the Meatball Grind, caramelized onion, pepper jack cheese, and secret sauce on an inverted brioche bun.  Their secret sauce is kinda tangy like Thousand Island dressing and can also be purchased as a dip for fries or whatever you prefer.

This is one of the most popular of the new menu items and I now see why!  It is a double fist full of deliciousness!  Be forewarned, the burger isn’t for the timid.   Just roll up your sleeves and dig in like no one’s watching!  And yes, you could eat it with a knife and fork, but what’s the fun in that?!

The Space Ball Sliders are kind of a scaled down version of the Melt.  They share the same Meatball Grind and secret sauce, but with quick pickles on slider sized buns.  The two sliders are a perfect mouthful and still leave some room for fries.

The TCB BBQ Fries are a meal in themselves, featuring a base of lightly crispy home fries topped with a variety of ingredients: BBQ beef, white cheddar fundido, quick pickles, pickled onions, jerky sauce, and seasoning. Each bite offers a harmonious blend of flavors and textures, from the savory richness of the BBQ beef to the tangy zing of the pickled vegetables. The white cheddar fundido melts perfectly over the crispy fries, creating a gooey, cheesy layer that ties everything together. The jerky sauce adds a full bodied kick of heat, while the Gypsy Dog Black seasoning elevates the dish with just the right touch of spice.

The jerky sauce really gave my taste buds a workout. You can see the pepper flakes in the photos.  If you like to bring the heat, this option is ideal for you, or you can select from a variety of their other loaded fries.

Neon Pig has Taco Specials listed on the board most days and is a great option if you’re just not sure what to choose.  The braised beef taco was loaded with meat, pickled veggies, lettuce, secret sauce and more.   It’s pilled high and absolutely delicious!

Let us know what your new or old favorites are and help us share the love!  Which new menu items would you like to try?

Everyone’s taste is different.  My goal is to give you a glimpse of what I see and experience so you can judge for yourselves if the atmosphere and menu are right for you.
