WOW!!! The BS Bar, Grill & Market is pure awesomeness! They have an extremely chill atmosphere, prepared from scratch menu, fully stocked salad bar, and ample room to accommodate most any group with at least three separate dining areas.

They are nestled in the heart of historic
Booneville, surrounded by quaint shops, historical buildings, and old town city sidewalks begging to be explored.

When You first walk in, the warm atmosphere is abundantly evident. From the plush sitting area for friends to gather and discuss days events, artwork to admire, to the beautiful wood tables to enjoy your meal.

The bar is absolutely beautiful! Not only is it aesthetically pleasing, they have a huge selection of beer, wine, and other libations to choose from! Just name your selection or have them whip you up a local favorite!

Speaking of local favorites, there are so many to choose from on the menu, that I requested a few suggestions from the staff to give y’all a good taste of what BS Bar, Grill & Market has to offer!

What I ordered:
🔥12 once Ribeye Steak
🔥 Spinach Artichoke Dip
🔥Fried Cheese
🔥 Baked Mac & Cheese
🔥 Brussel Sprouts
🥗 Salad Bar

The Ribeye steak was prepared medium as requested, seasoned, and topped with a dollop of garlic butter. It was absolutely beautiful and deliciously tender!

I was told by local patron, Kelly Scott, that her favorite menu item starts with the Fillet, then she request that it be sliced prior to grilling, then seasoned. After speaking with the manager, I found that it’s an un-publicized request that many “in the know” ask far.

Although I didn’t order my steak this way, it’s definitely on my list for next time!

The Fried Cheese was prepared in house. They were huge, hot, gooey, with a little crunch from the breading. These were big boy sized, so you’ll probably be taking some home if your not sharing. Sooo delicious!!

The Spinach Artichoke Dip is a boat full of creamy goodness! It has a top layer of real bacon bits that gives it that extra boost of savory and salty flavor. Y’all, this made from scratch appitizer is more than just a starter, it’s the opener, main course, and finale act of any show! Just pair with your favorite beer like my Michelob light from Mitchell Distributing and your all set!

For my two sides I chose the Baked Mac & Cheese and Brussel Sprouts. Both prepared in house, these I’m told are local favorites and I see why!

The Mac & Cheese was a perfect balance of cheesy flavor and texture. Not all M&C are created equal and I believe the BC has set the bar for others to aspire to!

Fresh prepared brussels sprouts have been one of my new favorite sides for a couple years now, and the BS version is the perfect example why I’ve fell in love with them. These are not just heated and served, they are seasoned, given a kiss of sweetness, and topped with a sprinkle of savory and salty bacon bits. YESSS PLEASE!!!

If you’re in the mood for a salad, then the BS Bar, Grill & Market is the place to be! They have a self serve salad bar with a garden full of veggies, all house made dressings, fresh boiled eggs, plus many of my other favorites like corn salad, pickled green tomatoes, a verity of salad greens.
