At the Crossroads Rib Shack, they have a wide variety to choose from including burgers, catfish, BBQ,, brisket, steaks, their fall off the bone signature ribs, fried green tomatoes, homemade desserts, and a whole bunch more! The hardest part is choosing just one!

What I’ve ordered:

Jumbo BBQ Sandwich – I was impressed with how well the meat was pulled / shredded. As you can see, it was a mountain of Hickory smoked meat on a toasted bun!

3 Catfish Fillets – Three premium U.S. Farm Raised Catfish fillets (fried or grilled) served with hush puppies, fresh cut fries, and slaw. My fried filets were a good size and subtle flavor.

Their slaw is finely chopped and they offer hushpuppies in hot or mild. The mild is a perfect pairing, but for those who like to add some heat, the hot is for you! Cracking one open for inspection, you’ll find enough bits of jalapeño to spice up any meal!

Bacon Cheeseburger – My burger was made fresh with 1/3lb ground chuck served on toasted Texas toast, dressed with my choice of toppings that included cheese, bacon, and fried green tomato. My special request was basically a Mega Burger without the pulled pork. It was totally delicious with the smoky bacon, tangy kick of green tomato, and seasoned patty. Although this was a single, I was barely able to get a full bite since it was so huge! But since I’m always up for a challenge I made it work! 💪😋

Sausage & Cheese plate – This plate is loaded with sliced smoked sausage, cubed cheese, pickle spears, pepperoncini peppers. It comes with crackers and their famous BBQ sauce. This is very shareable, or have as a full meal.

Classic Nachos – Tortilla chips, pilled high with their Hickory Smoked Pulled Pork, then drenched in nacho cheese and optional jalapeños. Crunch them up and eat it with a fork or one loaded chip at a time. There’s no wrong way!

Large Order Ribs (9 bone) – I also got their fall off the bone, tender, ribs. This is what they’re famous for! It’s marinated with their own rub, hickory smoked for at least four hours, dusted with their manic rub, then served dry. You can then add their optional original, sweet, or hot sauces. Comes with baked beans and coleslaw. The beans had slivers of bbq meat Which I LOVE and the coleslaw was finely chopped and went great with e everything!

Reese‘s Peanut Butter Cheesecake – like most of their desserts, mine was a slice of homemade deliciousness!

Crossroads Rib Shack is a perfect spot to relax, and decompress after a long week or for any occasion. Drop by for a snack, dessert, full meal, or any catering event! See y’all at the Crossroads!
