Located in the heart of Corinth, this cozy cafe has an extremely laid back atmosphere for an enjoyable lunch, early dinner, or for a leisurely siesta during a busy day.

Winning multiple Reader’s Choice awards from the Daily Corinthian, these folks have a proven track record with the local community, so I decided to stop by for a plate lunch and something a little sweet to wrap it up.

The Ham Slider plate includes chips and a drink. These sliders feature sliced ham, white American cheese, and their signature homemade sauce on warm Hawaiian rolls. The sauce has a honey mustard taste that complements the sweet bun and ham perfectly. Turkey is also an option on the menu.

The Skillet Cookie offers a variety of options to choose from, and my personal favorite is the chocolate chip. Once your customized cookie is prepared, it is served with a scoops of vanilla ice cream, topped with chocolate and caramel syrup.

This is where the magic unfolds! The contrast in temperatures and textures makes every spoonful a heavenly experience. Each bite is a perfect blend of sweet flavors and decadent indulgence.

The Skillet Cookie is sure to make your day a little sweeter and your heart a little happier. It is expected to serve at least two, but it could easily be split three or four ways.
