Based out of Golden, Owner Cass McComb says; “The food scene in North Mississippi is like no other l’ve seen before. We are thankful to finally be apart of it.” On the menu you’ll find hoagies, specialty nachos, daily specials, desserts and more.
I studied their menu for a while before ordering, well, drooled over the menu is more accurate. The star of the menu is anything with the chopped burger and cheese, or so I thought. The grilled Chicken Bacon Ranch is determined not to play second fiddle.

The Chopped Cheese is hamburger meat chopped on the flat grill with the cheese melted throughout. With the added sautéed onions, pickle, lettuce, spicy mayo on a grilled bun, this is a full meal dripping with delicious flavors!
The Chopped Cheese Nachos is a similar version of the hoagie with chopped beef, american cheese, pickle, lettuce, spicy mayo & red onion All on top of a bed of Rotel nacho’s. Although I did load up a couple nachos and ate them by hand, the rest I poured up in a large bowl, crunched them up, and ate it with a fork. Same great tase however you choose to eat yours!
Now the Chicken Bacon Ranch sounds simple enough, but when Bubba’s Bistro combines the grilled chicken, real bacon, Provolone cheese & ranch sauce, it’s totally savory and absolutely mouthwatering!
Oh, and if they offer dessert, take it! My apple dump cake was good and sweet. I could have had it with extra toppings but it was totally unnecessary. But hey, you do you!
