Y’all, this steakhouse has been on my to-try list for a while. More specifically, their Delta Ribeye has been on my mind for some time. Being a two hour round trip, I’ve had to reschedule more times than I would have liked. But today, all the stars aligned and off we went! My daughter and I were on our way to Biscuit’s Steakhouse!

We arrived a few minutes before opening, which I highly recommend. The parking lot was overflowing across the road an hour later. Service was fast thanks to our timing and we were on our way after fully enjoying our meal.

What we ordered:

Delta Ribeye
Loaded baked potato
Sautéed Mushrooms
Grilled Shrimp Skewer
Grilled Ranch Chicken Wrap

My daughter had the grilled chicken wrap with veggies. It was huge and the bite I had was delicious.

I really didn’t need to look over the menu. I’ve known what I wanted to order for weeks. A 14 once Delta Ribeye prepared medium, loaded baked potato, sautéed mushrooms, and a last minute addition of a 6 piece skewer of grilled shrimp with Cajun seasoning.

I decided to forgo the salad bar. It looked magnificent with plenty of choices, I just wanted this visit to be all about the steak.

The Delta Ribeye comes marinated with Mississippi‘s own Asian inspired, Delta made, Hoover sauce. Hoover sauce is a savory blend of salt and sweetness that brings out the best flavor’s in Biscuit’s 14 once Delta Ribeye! Cooked perfectly and beautifully plated.

The grilled shrimp made an excellent companion to my steak, along with loaded potato and bowl full of marinated mushrooms. Oh, and you’ll be asking for extra helpings of the honey butter dinner rolls, we did!

Biscuit’s has received numerous awards for best steak, best salad bar, best local catfish, and also best new restaurant by Mississippi Magazine! After our Maiden voyage to experience for ourselves, we totally agree! Happy Trails!
