I was invited to Chicken Salad Chick’s grand opening back in 2018 and they’re still going strong today with around 12 flavors of chicken salad made fresh daily, tons of delicious sides, sandwiches, soups, and desserts.

They have a great backstory, beautiful decor, relaxing dine in atmosphere, patio dining, drive thru, catering, online ordering, and local delivery. And NOW a new Chicken Salad Chick Patty Melt!

This is the fist melt they’ve offered and nailed it! You start with a buttery toasted
Croissant with mozzarella cheese and your choice of chicken salad. It’s simply delicious!!

Of course your experience may very depending on your choice of chicken salad. With so many to choose from, I wasn’t sure which to pic. So I asked the manager and she suggested the “Sassy Scotty.”

It actually paired perfectly for my taste! It’s a savory mix with a zesty blend of ranch, bacon, & shredded cheddar cheese. Oh, and I believe you can use one of their pimento cheese flavors in place of Chicken Salad if you prefer.

For my side, I paired the new Melt with their Grape Salad! The bowl was overflowing with red & white seedless grapes covered in a sweet cream cheese mixture, topped with brown sugar & crushed pecans. Y’all, if this is considered a serving of fruit, I’ll be eating this EVERY DAY!!

Chicken Salad Chick has two nearby locations in Tupelo and Oxford. Either location is perfect for a quick pick up order, delivery, or choose to slow down a little, visit for a spell, and enjoy. Happy Trails!!
