Gypsy Roadside Mobile and their Pimento Cheese Burger @ Fairpark in Tupelo!

This burger will melt in your mouth!!! They handcrafted their own pimento cheese and top it on a hand patted 1/3 pound hunk of beef, then wrap it up in a toasted bun off the grill!

Although they have the usual toppings to customize your burger, I suggest you go with just the meat and pimento cheese with maybe a leaf lettuce for color.

This was my Food Truck Friday pick this week and it was pure awesomeness! Tell @gypsyroadsidemobile I suggest the Pimento Cheese Burger plain and simple, for best results.
